We know a lot is going on globally and the times are very uncertain. However, all we can do is relax and engage in sanitary practices to keep ourselves and others safe.

Below is an Anancy story. Anancy is a very popular folklore character that at times sets a bad example for us to follow but provides us with lessons we can all learn from. Hope you enjoy the read.

One day Brother Anancy entered a porridge drinking competition with Brother Tiger, Brother Lion and Brother Dog. They wanted to see who could drink the hot porridge fastest. So Brother Anansi put his porridge out in the sun and said he wanted his porridge to be hotter than the rest. So all the other contestants hurried and drank their hot porridge, it was so hot it burned them and they took a long time to drink it . They didn't know that Brer Anancy's porridge was not getting hotter. When it was Brer Anancy's time to drink, he finished drinking in a shorter time than the rest and won the competition.
